Luze Group Internal Information System
The Luze Group has approved the establishment of an Internal Whistleblowing Scheme, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of individuals who report breaches of regulations and combats corruption. The purpose of the system is to ensure that the persons referred to in Article 3 of Law 2/2023 can report breaches of the regulations set out in the legislation, whilst providing full guarantees of independence, confidentiality, security and protection from reprisals for whistleblowers.
To ensure the effectiveness of its compliance framework, Grupo Luze has established a Compliance Committee as the body responsible for the Internal Reporting System, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Law 2/2023. The Compliance Committee will act independently and autonomously from the Group’s other bodies.
Whistleblowers may submit their reports securely, confidentially and, if they wish, anonymously, via the following link: Canal Digital de denuncias de Centinela.
Whilst the Luze Group’s internal channel remains the preferred channel for reporting breaches, whistleblowers may also use the designated external channels, the Whistleblower Protection Authority or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.
