Itzuli

Itzuli is a family restaurant run by Basque chef Iñigo Lavado, offering a meticulously crafted dining experience that combines tradition and innovation. Seasonal produce, local roots and refined technique define the two tasting menus, which are complemented by an à la carte menu designed to give diners the freedom to personalise their visit.

The main dining room, overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, is an intimate and evocative space that elegantly reflects the spirit of the project. Its carefully crafted atmosphere invites guests to enjoy themselves at their leisure, surrounded by a relaxed and timeless ambience.

The wine bar integrated into the space reinforces the connection between the kitchen and the cellar, making wine an essential part of the experience.

Itzuli also has two private dining rooms, ideal for enjoying a more intimate and exclusive experience.

One of the great attractions of staying at Luze Boutique San Sebastian is its breakfast, with a proposal based on local and seasonal products, giving special importance and value to local small producers. Each proposal is prepared daily with care and dedication, combining recipes with a careful selection of classic morning dishes. The breakfast at Luze invites you to connect with the surroundings through the flavors, aromas and nuances that define the identity of the territory where we are located.

Bar

We also have a bar, an intimate and sophisticated corner where you can enjoy a break at any time of the day. This cozy space boasts a careful selection of wines and drinks that can be accompanied by small bites and dishes, offering a refined version of snacks to be enjoyed at any time of the day, designed by Iñigo to match the gastronomic spirit of our hotel. A attentive and close service completes the experience, perfect for any time of the day.

BISTROT

When the sun sets over Igeldo, the pace slows down, the lights dim and a new scene emerges: the Bistrot.
A space where the refinement of midday transforms into carefree conversation and unscripted enjoyment. Inspired by Parisian bistros, here the cuisine becomes more free and emotional. Dishes designed to be shared, to let yourself be carried away by the moment, to toast without haste.
