At the Hotel Luze Boutique San Sebastián, gastronomy and hospitality come together to offer a unique experience. The gastronomic offering features different concepts created by Basque chef Iñigo Lavado: a bistro serving updated Basque cuisine, a bar ideal for enjoying a careful selection of drinks and appetisers, and an à la carte breakfast made with the best local and seasonal products. In addition, we have a covered terrace overlooking the Bay of Biscay, perfect for relaxing with a drink while contemplating the power and beauty of the Cantabrian Sea. The culinary heart of the hotel is the Itzuli Restaurant, run by chef Iñigo Lavado, awarded 1 MICHELIN Star, where you can enjoy a menu that combines tradition and modernity, with dishes that celebrate the essence of the region.

Itzuli

Itzuli, a family restaurant with 1 MICHELIN star, run by Basque chef Iñigo Lavado, offers a gastronomic experience with attention to detail, combining tradition and innovation. Seasonal products, local roots and refined technique define the offering of its two tasting menus, which are complemented by an à la carte menu designed to give diners the freedom to personalise their visit. The main dining room, which seats 30 and overlooks the Cantabrian Sea, is an intimate and evocative space that elegantly reflects the spirit of the project. Its carefully crafted ambience invites guests to enjoy themselves at their leisure, surrounded by a relaxed and timeless atmosphere. The wine cellar integrated into the space reinforces the connection between the kitchen and the wine cellar, making wine an essential part of the experience. Itzuli also has a private dining room with capacity for 40 guests, ideal for enjoying a more intimate and exclusive experience.

Our hotel also has a bar that has become one of its most special corners, an intimate and sophisticated space designed for enjoying a moment of relaxation. This cosy atmosphere offers a careful selection of wines and drinks that can be accompanied by small bites and dishes, a refined version of appetisers designed by Iñigo Lavado in harmony with the gastronomic spirit of our hotel. Attentive and friendly service completes the experience, perfect for enjoying at any time of day.

BISTROT

When the sun sets over Igeldo, the pace slows down, the lights dim and a new scene emerges: the Bistrot.
A space where the refinement of midday transforms into carefree conversation and unscripted enjoyment. Inspired by Parisian bistros, here the cuisine becomes more free and emotional. Dishes designed to be shared, to let yourself be carried away by the moment, to toast without haste.

From Monday to Sunday (from 19:30 to 22:00)

When the sun sets on the horizon and the lights dim in Igeldo, time seems to stand still, giving way to a new scene at Luze: our Bistrot. A space inspired by Parisian bistros, casual and unscripted, where gastronomy becomes more free and emotional. Dishes designed to be shared, to let yourself be carried away by the moment and to enjoy without complications.
Monday to Sunday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
